Hi all , not wrote on here for a long time. I do read the post tho... as some off you may remember I had a H/A last October.. it was a few months with ups and downs.. lots of scary,anxious worried times. Now I feel a bit like my old self but better.. slimmer,fitter and more outgoing . I try enjoy my life so much more. I do things that I wouldn't normally think off doing. My only problem that does get me down a lot is that because off the weight loss my face looks 10yrs older (to me) and my body is loose skin and bones 😢😬😢😬 iv lost just over 2 1/2 stone. I go to the gym I also do my walking and do lots off dancing.. can anyone suggest how I can put on a little weight the healthy way PLEASE ???

Thanks Jo for your reply, I did speak to a member off staff at the gym. Her reply was basically I'm the size and frame I should be. Then said if I was you I wouldn't loose anymore. That's my point I'm trying to loose weight I want to gain some 😩😩. Never thought about plumping moisturiser,I will definitely give this a try.. hopefully you can find that link as I'd be very interested in strength exercises..
