Although I haven’t been officially diagnosed with any issues yet ( my appointment with Cardiologist isn’t until Nov) I’ve been looking at ways to eat healthier for the heart. I figured I can’t lose even if I get the all clear. I currently tend to follow LCHF (not to the letter though) as I find carbs don’t do me any favours. Can any of you lovely people give me any pointers please?
