Fuzzy feeling in chest
The best advice is going to be from your cardiac team (cardiac nurse, cardiologist) so you should make a point of bringing the 'fuzzy feeling' up as soon as possible with your team. Whatever you do - don't consult Dr Google as many of the results are not up-to-date regarding CHF.
My father had CHF and he had something of the same 'fuzzy feeling' complaint. His cardiologist explained it as a consequence of the CHF and there was little to nothing medication would do to alleviate the feeling. That was in the late seventies and early to mid eighties - things have progressed. Please, check with your team, and please update this to let us know how you're getting on.
Hi sunnie, spoke to nurse and she is going to talk to consultant today. Hopefully get to the bottom of what is going on.
Hello
I also get a fuzzy feeling in my chest I have had this for quite some time now. I have had AF, super ventricular tachycardia and sinus pauses for a number of years. I am waiting for echo etc as I have suspected heart failure, I have elevated BNP levels. This feeling is uncomfortable and a bit distressing so I would be very interested to hear from you what you find out, I have not mentioned it to my consultant as there is usually a lot to discuss.
Thank you
