My husband took it for bout 2t years he had no issues with it. It can cause a cough though

I have been taken it for over a decade. Currently on 20mg plus 1.25 Bisoprolol. Last reading 105/51 so may need adjusting down at some stage. I have found if I get a cold/cough the cough lingers a bit.

I took lisinopril fot 20 years. Only side effect (we ar all different!) dry throat at night and slight cough. After HA and stent to combat angina it was swapped out for amlopodine. No cough!
