Resting heart rate 101 is this normal. Had pfo closure following a stroke. Get dizzy and short of breath with an ache in chest. Can't even climb the stairs some days. My headaches are increasing in severity and occurance. Beginning to wish I had just gone on blood thinners for factor v leiden. Anyone suffering after a device implant.

You could discuss it with your doctor and/or call the BHF Heart Helpline on 0300 330 3311 (office hours) and talk to a cardiac nurse about it.

Hi yes currently having investigations. No results back yet apart from blood tests which were OK. I've read alot of derogatory information regarding pfo closure from the States but unable to find any material in the UK. Thanks for replying.
