weird symptoms

I have been having pain in my upper arms similar to when I had H.A. and 1 stent fitted in Feb 2018,alongside debilitating sweats,I have presented myself to A&E twice as feared another H.A.but all was to be found well, doctors dont have any answers as to the sweats alongside the arm pains apart from recommending physio for muscular pain.My questions are, does anyone else have these symptoms ?Could it be possible side effects of medication ,as only started when I had H.A. and put on the usual cocktail of drugs.I have an xray under stress booked for 1st Aug that may show something.I would appreciate any answers as this is a constant worry .BTW,I have been through the menopause years ago so sweating nothing to do with this .Thanks in advance

I to have pain in my left your arm doctor was concerned it might be a HA but I had ECG and echoardiogram under stress nothing wrong with the heart. Do you take statins? These can cause muscle pain I have stopped taking them and am now on injections no side effects!

Yes I wondered if it could be the statins,am waiting to get a doctors appointment ,but they are as rare as hens teeth these days,

I have something similar, not the arm pain but the sweats. I also get a weird tingling in my lower back. Happens at night. Not always, it goes away for a time and then comes back. I haven't got to the bottom of it. I've been told it's the start up of the menopause again - this by a cardiac consultant. I'm not convinced. I mentioned it to the GP and she said you can get a restart of menopausal symptoms (or continuation into old age) but it's very rare. Her thoughts were it's flushing as a side effect of the isosorbide mononitrate I take. Not convinced by that either. I get a bit of flushing during the day but this is different.

The problem is sweating can be a symptom of a whole load of things. I thought it might be what I was eating or not eating in the evening, but this is probably a dead end as well. My latest pet theory is that as it happens in the early hours when the effect of the isosorbide tablet I take first thing in the morning is at its lowest, it might have something to do with my blood vessels constricting. (I have microvascular angina).

Sorry I don't have any clear answer! If I get to the bottom of it I'll let you know.

Thanks for your reply, wondered if it could be the statins or my anti-depressant tab -Fluoxetine as it lists sweats as side effects, trouble is a lot of my meds list the same so will see my doc when I can get an appointment.
