HR and SPO2

hi over the last few months my resting HR has been ranging from 45-55 andSPO2 has been steady at about 96.. over the last week resting HR has risen to 60-65 and SPO2 falling to 93 .. don’t know if i should be concerned or just let it be?

Hi Manhattan. I assume you haven't changed any medication or done anything else that might have caused this change? The readings are not abnormal in themselves (93 is considered low, but not necessarily unhealthy), but it might be worth getting them checked. Good luck xx

hi Alison.. GP reduced tildiem retard from 150mg daily to 90mg daily because resting HR was dipping to 44.. but it was originally prescribed by Cardiologist .. GP changed dose 4 weeks ago and seemed to be levelling to mid 50’s..now reaching 60’s at rest.. i’m also asthmatic so don’t know if SPO2 readings might also be reflecting on thar

In that case I'd give the GP a call (or however is best to get a GP's attention!!), and let them know your levels as a result of the change. As an asthmatic, 93 is probably more of a concern.
