2 years post Heart Attack and 11 Cardiac Arrests severe Anxiety and PTSD and very nearly never made it. Out yesterday 30 plus miles on the road bike and enjoying life to the full .

WOWZER! Eleven Cardiac Arrests and a heart attack . You are pretty amazing . You are meant to still be on this earth , my friend ! Keep cycling and enjoying life . You deserve it ! And thank you for giving inspiration to us all. For me personally , it helps!
