Can't you go back and see another Doctor maybe? If not, go to A & E if you can. Honestly speaking, I don't think putting a Complaint in would be worthwhile, that could make things worse. A Friend of mine did that and they just unregistered her. She then had the problem of Registering with another Doctor which had to be in the Catchment Area. Took a good couple of weeks for her to sort out.
I'm sorry you had a bad experience. GPs usually try very hard to reassure patients. Your medical history is complex and many people ( doctors are people too) would struggle with how best to help you. You find yourself in a tough situation. One thing that might help is working out which symptoms are " normal for you as things are".
New symptoms are better investigated especially if they are worsening. There are not always answers or diagnoses but it would help you to find a health care professional you feel understands.
Could you have a chat with one of the nurse practitioners at your surgery. Or do you have community matrons in your area that keep an eye on patients with complex needs?
