Hi all, I often get bigeminy after walking upstairs, just wondering if it's any cause for concern or if I should continue to ignore it? Thanks in advance, Lorna.

Hi thanks for reply I have pots & generally get ventricular rhythms on activity (when my heart beats too fast I think it's the body's way of telling the heart to slow down) beta blockers help me control this but they also drain me so I don't take them all the time when I started feeling the alternating beats they felt really weird so I went out & bought a kardia so I could better understand it used to be ventricular bigeminy every time but more recently it's atrial bigeminy mostly when walking upstairs occasionally on exertion just not really sure what it all means =/
