Hi all, just after some experiences please and what info to expect. Angiogram/plasty 7 weeks ago after STEMI 2 stents in RCA which was 90 -99% blocked. Identified 50-74% lad narrowing, 100% blockage left CFX They are doing an MRI to check ischemia and whether it’s worth and attempt to open the CFX. Are they able to check narrowing on LAD at same time do you think? This still has me very conscious that if that bugger blocks by another 26% I’m in bother😳. Progress so far 3 inches lost from waist, at least 1.5 stone lost! Cut out red meat added sugar and salt completely! Had three glasses of red in 7 weeks ..... not too worried about CFX but LAD has me worried sick! Am I worrying too much? Anybody any experience of similar level blockage? And why do they give such a big ‘tolerance’ ? Just throwing it out there. Ps I do have more up days than down days now butvwiuld love to have all up days for next 30 years 😁👍🏼

I have had 5 blocked arteries, 4 of them have been bypassed the other left alone. You seem to be doing well with the lifestyle changes so don't worry. It never solved anything. Try to relax and get yourself fit. A brisk walk every day, Tai Chi, Shibashi, yoga, Pilates, gardening, anything to increase your activity levels. Sleep is important too, as are good relationships.
