Warfarin and diet

Does anyone have any advice on devising a diet plan to control INR? I’ve been on warfarin for 5 years and over the last year my INR has fluctuated a lot. I don’t drink and I eat sensibly, but might need to start controlling vitamin k intake more precisely.

My inr went out of range after antibiotics so i thought it was a good time to eat more spinach and broccoli which i did. But the inr went straight back to 2.4ish and the dose to 4mg where it has been for the last couple of years.

Some people's inr is all over the place and mine is rock steady. I wonder why
