18 month's I suffered total heart failure had two stents and angioplasty ..I've now found out I've got istemich heart disease I'm trying to find out what this is and is this the reason I still can not lie on my left side as it hurts and is it the cause of my breathlessness and fatigue.ive been trying to get into seeing my GP for answers but as most GPS as soon as you mention chest pains they pass the buck tell you to go to hospital all I want is answers as to how it's going to effect me my mental health hasn't been the best since the m.i and this isn't doing any favours for me

Think the word you could be looking for is Ischaemic.
I think it's a term thats used which simply means not enough blood is getting to your heart, mostly caused by narrowing of the arteries. What do you mean by you suffered total heart failure? What were your symptons?
