I'm now awaiting Mitral Valve Repair and Triple Bypass at Essex Cardiothoracic Centre.
I was rushed into Ipswich Hospital with a suspected heart attack on Friday night. Discharged on Sunday night after episode was diagnosed as severe angina. Whilst in hospital I was provided with a set of pyjamas. These had "press-stud" front closing. I had my pre-op at Essex CT on Tuesday and they advise you to wear front fastening pyjamas, (I normally wear a Tee shirt set but I'm told I won't be able to lift my arms up to put these on)
I realise I can use button front pyjamas but does anyone know where I could obtain the type that has press stud fastening at the front?
Kind regards
David

Dave, look up Buck & Buck Velcro fastening pyjamas for men. They do up with Velcro and buttons are sewn on top to make them look as though they are buttoned up.
Hi, i used front fastening short sleeved ordinary shirts that i already had, others stayed in there gowns but would recommend just a shirt easy acces for ecg, checking dressings all at from, they were button up but there was no problem doing buttons.
