Hi all hope you are all doing so well. Love to you all.

6 months since AVR and re plumbing

Can’t say it’s been easy but it’s definitely getting better.

To any one else going through this ... keep going ... it’s so worth it in the end 😀

Once I got my pacemaker tweaked I felt 100% better. Am now using an exercise bike for the first time for years, hopefully lose some weight aswell as getting fitter! 😜 x

Hi I am 3 and 1/2 months post AVR, tell me did you get bad shoulder and arm pain at times and if so does that gradually go away??
