Need advise on bye pass surgery

Can anyone help waiting on bye pass surgery on the waiting list for 9 weeks had to have all my teeth extracted I am very anxious as to the surgery and the waiting is making my head go in to over drive all negative thoughts can any one give me some advise please

I had CBG in 2015 didn't have to wait long for the surgery, my cardiologist put me to the surgeon with the shortest list. I think he thought better get this guy fixed pretty quick or he would be doing stents on me !! My biggest shock was the incision to remove the leg vein used in the bypass, I am still aware of it 4 years on. That's not to say it bothers me just aware of it. My Chest healed really well with no problem. After 4 days 3 in CCU and 1in HDU I was capable of walking from HDU to the Ward where I was for a further 4 days. All I would say is listen to the CCU and HDU nurses they see probably at least 4 people a week after having surgery, and are very capable.

Use the waiting time to try to relax and if you need to get in shape now is a great time to do it. Just look after yourself and try not to stress easier said than done I know.
