Heart murmur/tachycardic

Hi

I have been tachycardic for a few years and I’m getting a little breathless (52yrs old)

Gp said she has picked up a murmur and on my ecg it says I have sinus tachycardia

So she has sent me for a echo

And said I may have aortic calcification?

This is all new to me so any advice please ?
