Many of you will have read my post before so sorry for history repeat . April 2o18 fit active out running nstemi balloon coated stent , primary pci . From day one on going chest pain and re admitted 3 months post mi repeat angio assured all good no risk as big arteries clear . 9 months 4 a/e visits plus in October 1 mri stress profusion which showed small mid septal Basel defect Mva But told very mild , put on isorbmononitrate . Almost back to good fitness but often tired chest pain and fast hr . Concerns dismissed by cardiologist re ongoing symptoms told no chance of another mi told to Relax . 3 weeks ago admitted with chest pain sweats fatigue but dismissed from a/e told nothing wrong within an hr of leaving dept stemi with 99 inclusion another primary pci . New consultant .left one week later after stay free from pain , but over last two weeks it has increased and on Friday was pretty intense .i refused to go back to be told nothing wrong so my Gp did a trop . I got a call next door from hospital to say come in as this was raised not significantly 28 . Another angio showed new stent and all arteries clear . All same reassurance as first time . They are going to fit implant monitor for pos but not expected electric changes, thinking it is pos I had another minor mi on Friday or a cardio spasm . No one thinks mva could be to blame and all sure it won’t happen again . Just wish I was feeling as confident as they seem to be .
