2 days post stent.

Advice please... I had an HA last August which resulted in a quick trip to hospital and two stents fitted to the artery at the back. Recovery was good and things were looking positive. October/November started to become breathless and very tired again. Went down the route of medication and trying different things (under GP supervision) and no success. Allowed Christmas to pass and revisited it in the NY. Eventually decided to get a private consultation, who then referred me to a colleague who under the same hospital where my initial procedure was done , as he had access to my angiogram. It appears that I had a narrowing on my RCA, but no one saw this in my notes when I was complaining about tiredness and breathlessness . He suggested to get me in for an angiogram and pressure testing with the potential for stenting and also to check that the other stents were bedding in well. Results were that the stents were ok, but the RCA required stenting. This was done and I was discharged later that day. However, I am feeling very tired and breathless and occasional sharp pain in my left side . Is this normal and will it all settle down?

Thank you Gunsmoke... as although I had stents fitted in August this was due to HA, so unsure of expected recovery for stent only. I’m going to persevere this weekend, as I have someone staying to keep an eye on things and will see how I am feeling on Monday . If still no better will ring the docs. Thank you once again
