Thank you

very scary moment that was.

Especially in the middle of sainsbury

I've had all the usual checks and troponin and now on way home.

To be honest that's where I want to be now! Thank you so much for your message it really does mean alot😊

That's a good outcome, hope you have restful evening

I'm goingto try to.

triponin was low again so I suppose that's good.

Nothing worse than white coat syndrome and high blood pressure when you get taken into A+EMAIL though! I need to get this looked at because I've suddenly started having more of these attacks so very frightening especially when your alone and waiting an hour for an ambulance.

But again thank you for your concern

Hi mate

I'm home nearly! Bit of a scare that one! Still got some mild pain but like most of us in just wanted to get back home and see my little girl and say goodnight to her! Until the next time Hey!!

I'm trying to get a consultation with my GPS to discuss more options because I want to find another cardiologist that will look into my issues deeper.

Thanks though mate.

Hope your ok?

I haven't been offered that one mate so I can't say much!

How's the plant based diet going? I'm sure it's ok for some but I'm not totally convinced.

And it's very hard to adhere to and get everything you need out of it.

Personally I'm flitting between them all on a daily basis.

Mediterranean, vegan, plant based etc...then loads of chips with tomato sauce all over it 😅😄😃😂 That was a joke...oh I wish!!! But I don't Advocate one particular diet because we are all different and I for one just DO NOT have spare time to make these plant based meals up at night or at 5am just before I go to work..especially when kids need to go to school too! These people who have retired and can spend time making delicious meals day in day out are the lucky ones! But I just don't have the time. And sadly that's my downfall I suppose

We all deserve a treat at times..Jesus it's bad enough having heart issues without denying ourselves a treat because we are scared it might lead to a bloody heart attack.

I'm glad your having a good day mate.

like you I eat lots of nuts avocado and fish...salmon mostly but so bloody expensive.

And too much fruit to be honest.

I have that Alpro yougurt now..I don't touch milk other than when work colleagues chuck it in me tea lol..

So me and family now drink oat milk mostly or hazelnut milk.

At night I tend to chuck rasberries maybe a bannana but usually blueberries and flaxseed in bowl and unsweetened Alpro non dairy yougurt over the top.

Morinigs is usually 100% oat porridge

or once in a while a bit of toast with avocado and egg on top..mmmm

West Sussex..Surrey ambulance

They just said they were overwhelmed with calls..I don't blame the Ambulance crew at all.

But it was still an Hour before someone turned up!

Hope you are OK after reading about your scare. Make an appointment a.s.a.p. with your GP as you say these episodes seem to be happening more and more frequently. All the best x
