What are you normally? Were you active when you had that peak? Feeling ok I hope 🤞🏽

Hi normally around 70. Peaks are normal. They can jump up to 190 at times. Was watching tennis when it was low 50s. Very low for me. ❤️

If any dizziness or other symptoms worth getting it checked out. I’ve recently doubled my bisoprolol and gone down to 50’s when resting. The hope is that will also bring down my peaks too.

HOPEFULLY you were just nice and relaxed.

Yeah hope so. I’m very symptomatic to changes in HR. I have a loop recorder fitted so hopefully they’ll catch what’s going on❤️shiona
