Just a brief explanation on my condition:-

I was experiencing palpitations whilst excersicing over 3 years up until my ablation last month.

I was diagnosed with mild Myocarditis which triggered arrhythmias SVRT.

Just wondering if there is anyone who has experienced a similar condition and how they are managing it?

My operation was 4 weeks ago and all I have done is limited walking so as not to stress the heart muscles.

I can still feel the scars from the ablation, will these disappear over the months?

I had a full cardio pulmonary exercise test last week which went ok.

I have only had one setback whilst I was walking steadily my heart jumped up to 200 and quickly dropped again but wouldn't drop below 130-140 so I played it safe and got the Wife to puck me up.

I am not taking beta blockers since ablation.

Hi Pete welcome to the forum. Hopefully someone will reply along to give advice. You could always ring up and speak to the cardiac nurse and ask them. You probably did the right thing in getting your wife to pick you up. Take care, don't overdo things. Dee.
