Am I overreacting to husbands flu? My husband is 43. His dad had heart attacks from age 38 and died at 54. My husband is also asthmatic.

He is currently suffering a bad bout of flu having forgotten to have his flu jab.

I’m really concerned about his health based on his dads history and feel the nurse he saw today and the 111 consultation have overlooked an underlying issue.

Am I over-worrying or should I push for more attention?

Thanks

Hello, yes if your concerned about him then definitely maybe go to your own gp today with him, at the end of the day health is most important x

😊 Thank you, I dragged him along and he saw a nurse who couldn’t believe he’d got out of bed but she reckoned he’ll be fine... thank you for your supportive response X
