How do people use their gun spray? Do you keep it just for an emergency or do you use it to enable you to do more excercise

I just keep mine in my bag in case of an emergency

Me to only if I need it. It's only meant to be used if you have an attack. X

It’s for emergencies only. Use it if/when you get angina pain (and then wait for the headrush!).
