Recent Holter Monitor

Just received results from recent Holter Monitor, by letter from Cardiologist. Holter reveals " Fairly frequent Ventricular Ectopic Beats " I know that should be self explanatory, but !! He goes on to say my Breathlessness is probably related to my LV impairment ( EF around 40% ) but Ectopic beats may be the trigger for me feeling Palpitations.

Recommendation in first instance increase Bisoprolol to 10mg current 7.5mg and Increase Candesartan to 32mg current 16mg.

I believe that these are the Maximum doses of Bisoprolol/Candesartan can anyone confirm that ??? Cardiologist has booked me an appointment in 3 months for review !! Regards
