Before I was told that I have angina I already had 2 health issues, endometriosis and si joint dysfunction ..... As well as the angina I was told that I have a large gallstone!! The surgeon im seeing for that is talking about removing my gallbladder. I'm also having checks done on my joints by a rheumatologist as I'm having great difficulty in getting around ( most of the time im using crutches ). I've had to give up work as I'm just in too much pain all the time and I'm also really tired 😔😔 ........ I feel soo fed up and useless atm, I wandered if anyone else suffers with multiple illnesses??

This diet might help with your angina and gallstones:

Since March I have been following a WFPB (whole food plant based) diet after watching the film "Forks Over Knives". My weight, blood pressure, cholesterol and pulse have come down to "normal" levels (80kg, 100/60, 2.7, 60bpm), sometimes lower, such that my doctor has been reducing my medication. She has taken me off the statin because I was getting a lot of side effects as well as my cholesterol coming down. I am convinced that my arteries are clearing but I have no proof of that except for blood pressure, cholesterol and pulse. If my arteries were still blocked these would be still raised.
