READ IF YOUR FEELING DOWN ❤️

Step 1: BUY THE SECRET BOX SET OF BOOKS BY RHONDA BYRNE

STEP 2 HAVE A LITTLE READ OF THIS: We have exactly 86400 seconds in a day - do not let the negative seconds ruin the rest of the 86400 you have left. Your life is in your hands. No matter where you are now or how you are feeling, you can begin to consciously choose your thoughts and you can change your life. There is no such thing as a hopeless situation. Every single thing and circumstance of your life can change. Like the day something has happened to bring you on this platform or the day you got a diagnosis, a diagnosis does not define who you are. Yes it is extremely hard to see the light at the end of the tunnel of how it feels when you think that a diagnosis can change your life, but why let it? Why mentally let the heart/problems you are having have an impact on who you are, you have always been the person you are today, yes maybe older & yes maybe more fragile than before but you are no different. I always think to myself how did the cave men & women survive as they never had anything no diagnosis no conditions that they were aware of & no illness's, they just lived and if they hadn't we wouldn't be here today! Diagnosis is a scary thing, and it does affect everyone in different ways but how would you be living your life if you weren't aware? I think surrounding yourself with people who love you and care is the best thing you could possibly do. We all have weak moments but we are all only human.

A song that I always listen to is I didn't know my own strength by Whitney Houston I've pasted the lyrics below honestly have a listen and remind yourselves how strong we all are if anyone needs help please message me I've got so many things I have to get me through the hard times.

Live happily and love freely because then you will know your own strength ❤️

"I Didn't Know My Own Strength"

Lost touch with my soul

I had nowhere to turn, I had nowhere to go

Lost sight of my dream

Thought it would be the end of me

I thought I'd never make it through

I had no hope to hold on to

I, I thought I would break

I didn't know my own strength

And I crashed down and I tumbled but I did not crumble

I got through all the pain

I didn't know my own strength

Survived my darkest hour, my faith kept me alive

I picked myself back up, hold my head up high

I was not built to break

I didn't know my own strength

Found hope in my heart

I found the light to life my way out of the dark

Found all that I need here inside of me

I thought I'd never find my way

I thought I'd never lift that weight

I thought I would break

I didn't know my own strength

And I crashed down and I tumbled but I did not crumble

I got through all the pain

I didn't know my own strength

Survived my darkest hour, my faith kept me alive

I picked myself back up, hold my head up high

I was not built to break

I didn't know my own strength

There were so many times I wondered

How I'd get through the night

I thought I took all that I could take

I didn't know my own strength

And I crashed down and I tumbled but I did not crumble

I got through all the pain

I didn't know my own strength

My faith kept me alive

I picked myself back up, I hold my head up high

I was not built to break

I didn't know my own strength

I was not built to break, no, no

I got to know my own strength

Many thanks for posting this. I am a great believer in the power of positive thought.

Some years ago, when I was going through a particularly bad depression, I seemed to see the number ‘13’ were ever I looked! Every time I looked at the time, on the TV, in magazines and so on. Eventually I got totally fed up with this bad omen and decided it was going to be my lucky number instead! Things started looking up from then on. Such a simple act but such a positive effect.

Keep up the good work!
