Irregular heartbeat

New to forum. Heart rate keeps dropping to 31bpm for a minute or so then goes to 58bpm. Weird feeling. Had a 24hr monitor and told that I was within acceptable levels but had an ectopic beat. Health quite good for a 71 year old male. Should I be concerned?

Short answer is no. If docs have said it's normal I would trust them. Mines goes ffrom 20s to as high as 190. Takes a bit to get your head around I know.
