Palpitations. Benign etopics

Morning everyone doing got the results of my 24 hour monitor last night it showed I had 3000 etopic beats effecting different chambers all Bengn and because I have ashmer they cant give me beta blocker in high strength so trying me on 100 mg 3 times a day just wonder if u guys could offer advice the only. Time they stop us during exercise it’s really starting to get to me I was hoping they find a cause operation. Cure no such luck I have a great dr who is writing to the so called exspected for advice in the mean time I have to try and relax all my bloods r normal no 105/65 piulse. Between 55and 65 most the time help advice would be a god send thanks

Should have said beta blocker is metoprolol

I was having lots of ectopic beats (not as many as you though). After looking it up on Google, I started eating more bananas, avocados and almonds and they have virtually disappeared. It may not work for you but it's worth a try.

Thanks sue. Tried all that had private test to see if I was lacking in any thing found nothing it’s crazy other than that’s I am fit est healthy exercise do everything I am told to o

Bly thing I can find there is a link to having fallbladder removed causing more acid reflux so taking lansoprazol higher dose had to stay off them fir two weeks for a poo test again negative I have to accept them as a friend. Hope they go away as I I do
