Does anyone know what hemodynamic lesion mean?

Does anyone have a clue what haemodynamic lesion means, my husband cardiologist said in a letter that he has this and it needs urgent surgical intervention. We have tried looking but nothing comes up.

Hello and welcome! You mention that your husband is under a cardiologist. Would you be OK in describing his heart history for us (HA/stents/bypass/etc.)?

He has a lot wrong he is waiting to have his pulmonary valve replaced and his tricuspid vavle repaired hopefully in October/november, due to server pulmonary regurgitation, has atrial fibrillation, which he's on blood thinking meds and beta blockers his just about to start amiodarone therapy, which we are worried about. The last letter we had was saying he had this haemodynamic lesion.
