Low white blood count post surgery

Hi all,

Just having a little panic. Had two stents 4 weeks ago, few chest pains still, although I do not have angina, was told it was probably because of invasive surgery. Had bloods done and shows low wbc ...doctor said not to worry. I also have a dry mouth and consistent thirst ever since surgery. I am on clopidogrel, aspirin dispersable and atorvastatin. My thoughts are aspirin is the culprit for dry mouth thirst...low wbc ...not sure...
