Well have seen HFnurse it seems I have a little fluid in my lungs. Have upped my water tablets and beta blockers. Must drink more water!!! More blood tests checking potassium and bmp and iron levels. On the upside heart monitor results are encouraging 63 - 123 bmp and that's before meds were upped. Still feeling it with this heat. Hopefully will start feeling better soon . Energy levels zilch. Sorry for moaning been one of those days I know it's early days yet.

Sometimes it’s hard to see the wood for the trees as it is a long process. I have good days and then totally awful days. So when I’m feeling good I do things and when I’m not I just take it easy.

Cardiologist rang about mri no sign of heart attacks which is good but heart still very weak. But informs me it revealed lesions on my liver now referred to a specialist. More hospitals grŕrrrr. Really upset today. Something has to go right soon this year.

Hi Sue. Sorry to hear your news. It’s frustrating and upsetting in equal measure. I know it’s difficult but try and focus on preparing for your appointments so that you have everything written down that you need to ask. Again I know it’s difficult but try and focus on relaxation and doing things to help de stress. Look after yourself. Take care sending positive thoughts and wishes Zena x
