On Friday I posted that we had s 10C temperature drop after rain arrived. The only annoying thing was the clouds stopped me seeing the "blood red' moon that evening. Clouds have also blocked my view of two eclipses of the sun so slightly frustrating!
However, the plus points are that there seems a lot more air about and what seemed the start of a cough (pollution I think) has gone. The end result is that I walked further than I have done in probably a year yesterday!

It’s a great relief! (sorry to all those sun worshipers!) the frozen North is now the wet and flooded North! Yes it was irritating not being able to see the blood moon. However temperatures falling makes up for it I suppose! Zena
I agree. I'm in Scotland so it's not been as warm up here. For the past month iv gotten to 5k walking and started to fatigue very quickly. Went wLking today in the rain and done 10 k without struggling so it definitely slows us down
