Hi guys just an update on my passing out episodes. Got admitted to hospital on Monday with the usual chest pains and dizziness. Eventually got admitted to cardiology ward and met with a cardiologist on Wednesday. First cardiologist iv seen since heart attack in February. Had a tilt table test yesterday which was ok. Having stress test on Monday. Was put on beta blocker today but it knocked me silly and spent most of the day in bed. Decided to change it to ramapril tomorrow. He mentioned tachycardia. Any info would be great guys. I'm starting to get a bit anxious now

Glad you've been put under a cardiologist now, hopfully you'll start getting some answers and at the very least they can check if your heart is ok from the stress test so you'll know then that your symptoms aren't dangerous if all is ok, all though they are debilitating your not in at any risk of immediate problems. Is it a MRI stress test?

Hi steedwards. Just a normal treadmill test. It went ok and iv been diagnosed with osteostatic tachycardia. Iv been put on verapamil which seems to be lowering heart rate
