I had an heart attack 2 years ago and was fitted with a stent. Leading up to the heart attack, I had felt unwell for several weeks waking up with jaw ache and a stiff neck. I also felt very tired and the day I decided to go to A&E I had what I can only describe as chronic indigestion type pains in the centre of my chest. At the hospital an ECG showed nothing irregular, but a blood test confirmed a heart attack. My concern ATM is I have been feeling under the weather for about a week and have noted a stiff neck and some jaw ache. I now live in Spain and it is very hot so I have put this feeling down to the heat as we have only been here a few months. Feeling a little concerned and not sure what to do ?

If I was you I'd go to the doctors or hospital. I've a non stemi Mi too so I listen to my body. It's never a waste of time.

As the symptoms are the same as last time make your way to A&E to be checked out. A HA always has the risk of causing lasting damage. Heat does put additional strain on the heart and may be contributing to your symptoms but unless you see the professionals you have no way of knowing.
