Hi everyone.. I’m a 55yr old Female and I had a Heart Attack 6 mths ago, no signs, very fit not overweight, no family history of any heart disease at all, and very much in to Health and wellbeing....in fact I felt I could have climbed a Mountain the day before!!!! Its only now I am finally feeling myself after having such a shock of having had a heart attack as all that happened was I was rushing around that morning going to a funeral and I tripped on my first step of the stairs and had a dreadful fright, I then ran to the top and that’s what started it... has anyone else had a heart attack after experiencing a shock or fright? .... Yes. A friend of my girlfriend tripped over the pavement, hit the ground hard and had a heart attack. Only 40 but overweight and unfit. Glad you are feeling better now.
