Hi,I'm new to this site,had heart attack 8 years ago which led to double bypass,all was well till 3weeks ago when I suffered another heart attack,(4 days short of 8th year anniversary of first heart attack,)struggling at the moment,got to go for ct scan on heart as angiogram didn't work as they couldn't get in far enough,really scared at prospect of having 2nd op as it took 9 months to get over last one!

Please don't beat yourself up

I never smoked..don't drink..swim run and do the gym..And guess what?

I had 100%bloclage in my LAD

Had stent and thought that was the end of it..But nope! I'm having severe at times chest pain and now having more tests..I believe it's angina and that is upsetting in itself.

Seriously things like this can happen to anyone

So please don't think your alone

Thanks for that,always thought I was invincible now I feel old and ready for knackers yard and only 51.everything that could go wrong went wrong last time,severed my artery in angiogram ended up in theatre then after bypass in intensive care for 5days,kept getting Mrsa and leg took 9months to heal,and the prospect of going through that again is killing me. Over weight diabetic dicky ticker,what hope have I got,come to decision that this is only life I am goin to get,so bring on the drink the fags the chocolate and drugs (if I could afford them!)and go out with a smile on my face.
