SVT Ablation

So here it is my ablation for SVT is only a few days away after a 9 month wait.

Been told to come off my tablets which control my SVT so I’m asking is there any advice to help tips etc because around night time I get more discomfort middle chest and a little nausea I have found when this happens I’m better more upright.

I guess if someone has already been though this they might pass on any advice. Before I actually go in to have it done .
