I'm 37 years old and in 2015 I had 6 stents inserted, I am also a diabetic and have been for the past 34 years. Now my question is, I want to start cycling (endurance) and I would like to know if its safe to do so?

Have you spoken to your GP?
I’m 35 and 7 months ago had a single stent fitted to my LAD.
I was an active cyclist (regular 100km rides) before the stent and it’s not stopped me doing that after the stent. If anything, I’m faster now and do just as much, if not more..
I think you would be fine but I’m not a doctor and don’t know how fit you are. Like any new sport, I’d start slow and gradually build it up over time. More importantly, listen to your body..
Ironically, it was cycling that led me towards diagnosing my blocked artery
I would tend to agree with Jamin100, assuming that you have started some guided recuperative exercise and there isn't a cntinuing risk factor. Even though you had 6 stents fitted, versus 1, the principle is similar - the stents are fitted where there was significant narrowing and you need to exercise. Cycling endurance is steady pace. But I would recommended you get some knowledgeable guidance and monitoring, e.g. from a Cardiac Rehab team.
