Pacemaker insertion

I have had a dual chamber pacemaker for 16 years but my heart failure has got worse and I need to have a biventrical one instead. I have got to have the extra leads put in the right hand side and tunnelled over to my heart whilst under general anaesthetic and am a bit concerned. Anyone else had this done?
