Low heart rate & BP

Hi, I’m looking for some advice... I’ve been feeling dizzy, lightheaded, tired and found it hard to focus and concentrate for over a year now.

Docs have done an ECG that they said was normal (the nurse had 3 attempts before she settled with this result), but my BP is regularly 80ish over 50ish, and my heart rate seems low sometimes - I’ve attached my Apple Watch reading from yesterday...

Does anyone have any advice please?

Thanks, Jo

The Apple result really says very little without knowing what you were doing through the day although if you were not exercising when it hit 210bpm it may be of concern,. Personally I have little faith in a resting ECG that really only shows if there is something quite major. You would go back to my GP and ask for a 24-hour ECG and BP monitoring exercise.

Also a full set of blood tests might be useful to eliminate other possible causes.

Thanks for the reply. I was exercising when it went high, have just started running again.

Will go back to GP on Monday.

My old doctor would swear blind it was my weight anxiety emotional tiredness. I have learned that the only things to do are push and to try to keep a paper diary of symptoms and stats. Hope you find answers, good ones....x
