Hi all I'm new to this site and apologies in advance for all the questions I have right now following a routine appointment at hospital and a letter I received today. I don't understand what they are saying wish they would speak in plain English. Well these are the bits I don't understand what it means. QRS complexes of less than 120ms with a right bundle branch block pattern. ST depression from V4 to V6 and T wave inversion in l and AVL which appears chronic. Could someone tell me what all this means as I'm really scared right now

I suspect this is a copy of a letter sent to your GP. Whilst I could make a stab at answering your questions I feel that I am not familiar enough with this type of issue to do it justice (awaiting quad bypass). I would suggest you make an appointment with your GP at the earliest opportunity (don't out it off) to discuss things. In addition you should ring the BHF nurses in the morning.
I can’t give you specific answers but generally what is being said is that your heart rhythm is a bit ‘wonky’ (that’s the QRS bit) due to some issues with the electrical signals it’s getting (that’s the right bundle bit). I only found this out because I was searching Google for a different cardiac issue and came across an article that talked about QRS, so please don’t take this as anything like definitive. See you GP and/or cardiologist for an expert report.
