Signatures

I am starting to think that it would be extremely useful if people had "signatures" that could appear at the end of posts (less important on rep[lies). These could give the heart condition and the meds they are currently on. For instance mine would say:-

awaiting quadruple bypass - isosorbide mononitrate, atorvastatin, lisinopril, indapamide

Where there is little information such as "I am on a medley of drugs for my heart condition. Looking in the mirror I have turned pink with green spots. Could it be my medication?" makes it hard to reply apart from asking more detail.
