Hi and welcome! Have they any further plans for treatment as I just looked up refractory angina and it does not sound to pleasant to me. 35 seems quite young but then Rick Wakeman had three at 25 and he is still touring. In a recent interview he made me laugh when he said he now needed carers as well as roadies!

Hi Michael, thank you for your response. Further intervention is not without considerable risk. My cardiologist and I are practicing watchful waiting, should I deteriorate further then we may reconsider. First heart attack was as a result of undiagnosed familial hypercholesterial epidemics, coupled with a hedonistic military lifestyle!

Hello Bob

Just in front of you Heart Attack 1982 aged 34 Cardiologist just said it's one of those things !!

Had a double CABG in 2015 couldn't do the RCA nothing to bypass ( total blockage) Currently Cardiology looking to open either RCA or LDA depending on which will help me most.

Just had Mapping via Stress MRI to see which one is best to attempt, Cardiologist has said it won't be Easy, Need to ask is that not Easy for Him or Me lol

Do you have Heart Failure in your diagnosis ??

Also ex military Grey Funnel Line aka the RN

regards

Hi Frank, my RCA totally blocked too. Only surviving graft is the mammary. All other arteries are stented. Also have diffuse disease, so options somewhat limited. Army, spent some time being ferried around on grey funnel
