Newbie Introduction - Aortic Valve Replaced + Stent

Hi, I had an emergency Aortic Valve replacement with a mechanic valve 11 years ago, unfortunately my health deteriorated within a week to the extent I was readmitted to hospital with a pericardium effusion which meant a 3 week stay whilst it was cured with steroids. I also now have atrial fibrillation. 3 years ago, although quite fit, I had to have a stent fitted quite urgently, and recovered completely.
