Gas popping in stomach 3 week after CABG x 3

Has anyone had the symptoms of gas in stomach and popping sensation after CABG? I am getting this 3 week after op it also appears with left side back pain when sitting or lying down

I had a Valve Replacement. But by god I am 4 weeks post op and my stomach is still going like mad.

I don't have these symptoms anymore. 4 week in, panicked I think. Ankle still swollen slightly and slight pain in leg where artery removed. Chest tight but managing to stretch muscle on chest with minimal pain.
