Hi I had replaced mechanical valve and CABG oct15 , I found recently if I vomit I have pressure in my sternum and ache like Chinese burn in my left arm . It happened after I had a personal trainer who worked my cardio hard and I was sick after 40 minutes ( she did knis my history )

Is this normal ?

Hi Kimstyles

It is good that you are doing exercise to keep your heart healthy. However the symptoms that you describe having should not be ignored and be investigated further with your GP who can do an assessment on you.

Regards Dee
