Stimulating the disks in the spine may help, For Pain consider a TENS applied to the damaged area of the spine, where the sensations are coming from.

An EMF can stimulate the nerve damage as well. Are you taking any medications ?

I used to get my TENS at Body Clock they are on the internet, Discuss your condition with your GP and Specialist.

Are you having problems down your hips and leg as well.

The idea is to block the signals to the brain and damaged nerves
