Psorisasis and arthritis...

In march 15 i was diagnosed with psa...i was in so much pain..stiffness and could hardly walk..terribly fatigued to the point where when i stood up i thought i was going to faint..swollen joints..not much psoriasis but i have had it for about 30 years...went to see my rheumatologist who doagnosed straight away..my inflammatory markers were very high..but me on mtx..7 once a week..and i have to say im.like a new person..no fatigue, i started a new job in care, i have no pain, long may it continue..just a little hope for you all out there that it can get much much better..😀xxxxxxxx

That is a relatively low dose so great you are getting such benefit. If things change you have lots of treatment options.

I too have PA. Now on biological therapy having started on sulfazalizine then methotrexate. All the best with work.

I must have read your story a million times praying that this is the way my story goes as I am so so desperate and so utterly depressed with all that I am experiencing. Seeing the rheumy on Wednesday as I rang up in tears saying I couldn't cope waiting. I'm so so desperate to be diagnosed and get a steroid shot and hopefully start methotrexate. I so so hope I get your story xxx
