Thanks for all the helpful replies, huglets. This week has been so difficult, I've had a massive flare up of diverticulitis, unfortunately when this happens I also have flares in PsA, Fibromyalgia and Menieres. I'm on the sofa now unable to move, hungry but unable to cook, I'm a ball of pain now and hoping tomorrow will be better,  I'm ever hopeful of being on that glamorous granny stage! That's my joke, I just want to be pain free

Hi Mrsdoherty hope u r feeling better and that u found relief from your pain,as I can't say anything about your conditions(except joint pain,for me painkillers-oral and excercise work for now).wish u all the best
